A freelance photographer based in Edinburgh, Scotland, he studied law at Oxford, so ‘The Hargreaves Copyright Review. Its a soggy meringue‘, unlike the Hargreaves Review itself, is written by someone who knows what he is talking about.
Worth sending to your MP too, so that they know what is happening, along of course with your own views. You can read more about the likely effects of adopting the Hargreaves proposals on the Stop43 site.
It was pressure from photographers led by Stop43, but also aided by the many of us who got our MPs to ask some of the right questions about the proposal that prevented it being bumped into law before.
